3 Desserts You NEED To Try This Holiday SeasonIf your family is anything like mine, you take holiday desserts very seriously. Well, for us, it doesn’t have to be a holiday; we are just obsessed with desserts to the point where we will have a spirited debate with my sister-in-law about what kind of butter is best for making chocolate chip cookies. And just so you know, cold butter straight from the fridge is the right answer. Maybe your family isn’t as insane as mine — and probably for the better — but, if you’re looking for a killer holiday dessert that will be an instant crowd pleaser, look no further as I have three great desserts to share with you!

Molten Chocolate Crackle Pie

This pie is next level, but still simple enough to throw together. Leave the pumpkin and apple pies behind, because this molten chocolate crackle pie is hands-down our favorite. It is best served right out of the oven which works out just fine because you won’t want to let it sit there too long anyways. The from scratch whipped cream is a nice touch, but straight from a can will work just as well.

White Chocolate Chip Chai Pumpkin Snickerdoodle Cookies

This one is a mouthful of a title, and believe me, you’ll be putting more than one of these in your mouth as well. It is great for the holiday season. The chai flavor is balanced, warm, and decadent. I’ve been making these a couple times a month and will probably continue to make them to get us through the winter. They are perfect with a cup of chai tea or hot chocolate.

Bakery Style Chocolate Chip Cookies

We like to break them in half to dip in milk while we watch The Great British Baking Show on Friday nights. These are also my kids’ absolute favorite and it’s easy to include them in the baking process. My daughter and I have the recipe memorized at this point and my son is the official taste tester.
