Below is a list of places that offer freebies for your birthday; some are exclusive to Chattanooga. Indulge and enjoy!

Bruster’s Real Ice Cream
Sign up for Bruster’s Sweet Rewards and get an email for $3 off your ice cream purchase during your birthday month!
Cheddars
For your birthday month, Cheddars sends an email for a free dessert with the purchase of an adult entree.
Chick-fil-A
Chick-Fil-A One is a tiered rewards program that Chick-Fil-A offers. Depending how often you eat Chick-Fil-A and what tier you are at, you can get a small dessert such as a cookie as a bottom tiered member, up to a free entree for the highest tiered members.
First Watch
When you are signed up to receive First Watch emails, they will send you a “Happy Brunchday” email for a free entree (when you buy another entree) for your birthday! I recommend the eggs benedict!
Jeremiah’s Italian Ice
New to the Chattanooga area, Jeremiahs has become one of our go to places for frozen treats. If you are signed up for their J-List Rewards, you will receive a free treat for your birthday!
Nothing Bundt Cakes

This has been our go-to restaurant for birthdays for the past several years. When you go to Provino’s for your birthday (it has to be the exact day and you need to bring your ID), you get a free entree, as well as for dessert a pistachio ice cream with a birthday candle! We enjoyed this twice in September, once for my birthday and once for my husbands!
Red Robin
Join the Red Robin e-Club and get a FREE burger on your birthday! Just give them your number when checking out!

Buff City Soap
Buff City Soap stores have been popping up all over the area for the past couple of years and there is good reason for it. Their soaps are amazing. When you are signed up for their rewards program, you get a free handmade bath fizzie or shower bomb with your next in store purchase.
Sephora
One of my favorite birthday rewards each year is through Sephora. When you become a Beauty Insider for your birthday, you are able to choose between several great sets of products. It honestly gets hard to choose! This year, I got a mini set of Dior his and hers perfume!
Target
I found out this year that Target has a birthday reward as well for Target Circle members as I was checking out my purchase. When you include your birth date in your Target Circle account before your birthday you will receive 5% off a future purchase the day of your birthday, which is valid for 30 days.
Ulta
When you sign up for the Ultamate Rewards program, you receive a full-sized product for your birthday! This year my present was Drunk Elephant Peptide Cream that I absolutely love.

One of my absolute favorite birthday freebies is a free large candle when you sign up to be a member of their Fragrance Family Rewards program!
