A Mom’s Guide To Egg-citing Easter Events In Northwest Georgia
Over the weekend, I noticed Aldi’s gourmet truffle eggs (a must have) and saw lots of other Easter goodies, so I was reminded that Easter is right around the corner! I grabbed a few delicious chocolate items to toss in my kids’ Easter baskets and began thinking about how the holiday will look different for our family this year. It’s our first Easter since the divorce in which the kids will be with their dad. Last year, someone gifted the kids Resurrection Eggs, so we started a new tradition by going through the kid-level informational book with figurines that helps teach Easter’s true meaning. Thinking about what we could do this year leading up to Easter, I took a deep dive to find various events and thought I would share.

If you’re looking for family-fun Easter things to do in the Northwest Georgia area, I’ve got you covered! I’ve searched our local events calendar and combined a list of some fun things you may want to do with the kiddos.

So, grab your coffee, sit back and start scrolling to see some of the most egg-citing upcoming Easter Events in our area!

These events sound like so much fun, but let’s be real: as a single mom of four, my family’s ability to make it to any event is dependent on so many factors, but it is nice to know there are options! That being said, an afternoon spent on the driveway with sidewalk chalk, bubbles and bare feet is also time well spent.

There are likely other events happening in our areas, but these were the ones that populated while searching. Do you have any events in the Northwest Georgia area to suggest or family traditions to share? If so, drop them in the comments.
