With summer officially upon us and the kids all out of school, families all over the Chattanooga area are searching for fun ways to pass the time, and what better way to do that than to head on over to AT&T Field to catch America’s favorite pastime with the Chattanooga Lookouts baseball team. Here are just a few of the reasons the Lookouts are the perfect addition to your family’s summer schedule.

Affordable Family Fun
When looking at summer activities, price is always a key factor, but with the Lookouts it’s hardly a problem. For the smallest members of your family money is a non-issue as all children under three years old can enter the ballpark for free. Children, ages 3-12, receive a $2 discount on General Admission tickets, and there isn’t a single ticket option that will cost you more than $10. Purchase your tickets a day or more early and save an extra dollar on every ticket purchased.

Looie the Lookout
Everyone’s favorite mascot patrols the grounds of AT&T Field just searching to help make your next family memory. Looie can be found all over the ball park signing autographs, taking pictures, giving hugs and pulling pranks. Be sure to snag Looie for a selfie or two to finish off the perfect photo album or Facebook post.

Fireworks Friday
Come watch the sky light up after every Friday Lookouts game with Fireworks Fridays. Win or lose, Lookouts fans get to enjoy some music and spectacular fireworks after every Friday home game. The next shows are on July 8, July 15, July 29, August 5, and August 19 (all start times for the games is 7:15 pm) with a special fireworks presentation on the Fourth of July (Monday, 6:15 pm first pitch).

Kids Eat Free Mondays
All children that come out to any of our Monday home games (excluding July 4th) receive a voucher for a free hot dog and a drink. That means for $5 the day of the game you can get your child a general admission ticket to watch some baseball AND get a free meal. That’s a can’t-miss deal!

Kids Run the Bases and Autograph Sundays
After an action-packed day of baseball, kids at Lookouts home games get to go out on the field where it all took place and run the bases. That’s right, after every single home game (weather permitting), children can head down to the field and run the bases at AT&T Field. If that wasn’t enough, following every Sunday home game, families can head to the Parkridge Picnic Pavilion for a fifteen minute autograph session with the Lookouts players, then trot out to the outfield on Sunday day games, where fans can play catch on the same field those players go to work.

Little League and Birthday Parties
AT&T Field is the perfect place to celebrate! Bring the kids and their Little League team out with one of our youth sports packages (starting at $225) and take the field with the Lookouts for the Lineup introduction and National Anthem. One of your family members have a summer birthday? The Lookouts got you covered. Choose from one of three birthday party options (starting at $150) to help celebrate their big day with baseball, cupcakes, an announcement to our entire stadium and maybe even the chance to get serenaded by the crowd with a lovely rendition of “Happy Birthday.”
