Chattanooga Area Fall Festivals
Bell Buckle: October is the most beautiful time of the year in Tennessee. As the trees turn gold and red, signaling the beginning of another fall, in tiny Bell Buckle a sense of expectancy fills the air as the townsfolk begin preparation for the sixty to eighty thousand visitors who travel from all over the US to take part in the Bell Buckle Arts & Crafts Festival held every third weekend in October. This year the festival will be held on October 19th and 20th.
Vintage Market Days of Chattanooga: Vintage Market Days of Chattanooga will be held at the Chattanooga Convention Center this year. You can shop at this great event November 8th through the 10th.
New Salem Mountain Festival: Held on October 12th and 13th on Lookout Mountain, approximately 100 talented artists and craftsmen will be exhibiting this year. Each participant is carefully screened to assure good quality products. Exhibits will include pottery, paintings, furniture, wood turning, wood carving, stained glass, jewelry, candles, iron works, wreaths, baskets, leather, purses, quilts, throws, handmade soaps, dog accessories, scarves, needlework, clothing and accessories, fabrics, chimes, jellies, condiments and much more.
Ketner’s Mill: Ketner’s Mill Country Arts and Crafts Fair is two days packed with unique arts and crafts, delicious southern-style foods, live music, and activities for the whole family. Step back in time to see the old mill churn out freshly ground cornmeal, pet farm animals, and see blacksmiths, woodworkers, and other artisans demonstrate their craft. This fair will be held on October 19th and 20th.
Georgia Apple Festival: Welcome to North Georgia! The Georgia Apple Festival brings two exciting weekends to Ellijay, Georgia every year with hundreds of vendors offering food, art, crafts, and more, as well as visitors from all over. You can expect over 300 vendors with handmade, hand-crafted items, many on-site demonstrations of how selected types of crafts are made, and a parade and antique car show each year. The festival will be held October 12th and 13th, and October 19th and 20th.
