Fitness is my job, but that doesn’t mean I have all the time in the world to work out. Between work, homeschooling four kids, and trying to make sure our house is something close to habitable, I’ve managed to create several go-to workouts that I can squeeze in while cooking dinner, folding laundry, or listening to detailed stories about Fortnite.
Here is a week’s worth of workouts you can do at home, in between chores, with little to no equipment:
