New Look + Name, Same Us :: Chattanooga Moms

It’s hard to believe that it’s been over six years since I launched Knoxville Moms Blog as a mom of a three-year-old and one-year-old. I was in the throes of motherhood and looking for friendships and connections for other women going through the same motherhood journey. Once I saw the great impact and connections that were being made I wanted to expand and create the same community in the city of Chattanooga in March of 2016.

I started the website thinking maybe it could help others just a tiny bit, but I had no idea the impact it would have on the community or the new found friendships I would form.

Chattanooga Moms Team

Over three years ago we had a team of 15 ladies as we launched, and now we are strong team of over 30 brilliant and talented women who are brave enough to share their voices with the Chattanooga community.

Today, we are launching a brand new website with a brand new name. Chattanooga Moms Blog is so much more than just a blog and to move forward and to capture all we do, we will have a new name of Chattanooga Moms.

Chattanooga Moms has become the go-to parenting resource website for Chattanooga and North Georgia families. From our guides, directory, event calendar, neighborhood community groups, we are where families go to find out where to go and what to do. With the new website, our guides and resources will be easier to find and more mobile-friendly for the family on the go.

We hope you enjoy the new, sleek look of our website, and maybe even read some old content you might have missed. Check out our local community neighborhood groups to start engaging with your neighbors. Subscribe to our weekly newsletter to find out what’s going on around Chattanooga and about all our upcoming events.

Chattanooga and the community of moms is the heart of what we do, and we are so excited to continue to be a part of your lives. We hope to see and hear from you soon!

Sixteen years ago, I moved to Knoxville after graduating college and fell in love with the city that has now truly become my home. Shortly after moving here, I married my college sweetheart, and when not working we set out to travel as much as we could. After working as a financial manager for six years, I welcomed my first son Nolan in 2010 and began a journey as a stay-at-home mom. Two years later we added another baby boy, Conley, to make us a family of four. In June 2016, we welcomed our third boy, Foster. I founded Knoxville Moms in November 2013 which began my career as a work-from-home mom, and it grew to the expansion of Chattanooga Moms in March 2016. We recently welcomed our first girl, Lilah, in November 2017 making us a family of six and adding a little pink in our house. When I'm not chasing the boys, stepping on Legos, or rocking our baby girl, you can find me enjoying a cup of coffee, reading a good book, and dreaming about my toes in the sand. I enjoy meeting new people and love to connect the moms of Knoxville with the Knoxville Moms and Chattanooga with the Chattanooga Moms.
